Band Feeder Festival 2017
Monday, November 6, 2017 at 6:30pm, HRHS Gymnasium
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MUSIC STAND
Elementary Students should plan to arrive at 5:30pm.
Each EBOP group will be in a specific room when they are not rehearsing or performing.
- Beginning EBOP Cases in the Ensemble Room
- Advanced EBOP Cases in the Choir Room
Here is an informal outline of the evening’s activities:
5:30 PM Elementary Students report to specified rooms above.
5:40-6:00 PM Elementary Students rehearse in the gym.
6:00-6:20 PM Elementary Students warm-up in specified rooms and receive t-shirts
6:30 PM Concert Begins, HRHS gymnasium
7:45ish PM Concert Ends
All students are expected to stay for the entire concert
Concert Dress:
Elementary School Students:
- Black bottoms (pants or long skirt)
- Black socks/hose
- Black shoes
- EBOP T-shirts (New EBOP students will receive their shirt the night of the concert)
Orchestra Feeder Festival 2017
Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 6:30pm, HRHS Gymnasium
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MUSIC STAND
- Elementary Students should plan to arrive at 4:00pm.
- Orchestra Boosters will serve a pizza dinner for the students before the concert.
- Concert attire will be our EBOP blue shirt (will be provided at the concert) with nicer jeans and tennis shoes.
Here is an informal outline of the evening’s activities:
4pm - 4:20pm EBOP students check in to booster parents by student lot entrance
Beginning cases in Band room, Advanced cases in Ensemble room
We will provide EBOP shirt on arrival and will put it on after they eat
4:20pm - 4:30pm Back to the room, instruments tuned, shirts on, name tag on
4:30pm - 5:30pm Elementary Students rehearse in the gym
5:30pm - 6:00pm All Rehearse Hoedown
6:30pm Concert Begins
All students are expected to stay for the entire concert
