Happy Fall Break!

Next week is Fall Break and there will be no EBOP classes

Please Be Aware

For Beginning EBOP:

If your elementary school does not have regular class
or "No School" due to conferences, testing or another reason
there will be "No EBOP Class" either.

For Advanced EBOP:

If there is a district wide "No School" Day
there will be "No EBOP Class" either.

For Everyone:
As we head into fall and winter...
If there is inclement weather and the
Douglas County School District calls for a "Delayed Start" 
or "No School", there will be "No EBOP Class".

Please refer to the calendar and check your emails.
However, if you have a question, feel free to reach out
at any time.

Reminders

Welcome to EBOP!

Classes have now begun for all levels of EBOP
We will begin sending out emails at the end of this week, if you have not heard from us please verify your email address to hmdavis@dcsdk12.org

Advanced EBOP - meets at HRHS
Band - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:15am to 8:10am
Orchestra - Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7:15am to 8:10am

Beginning EBOP - meets at your students elementary school
*all students need to have a music stand

Payments/Schedules/Concert Information

First, anyone participating in Beginning EBOP needs to purchase a music stand! The elementary schools do not have them for the students to use and they are a requirement.

To pay the EBOP registration fee in full online please visit:




  • Click on the square labeled “EBOP
  • Click “HRHS EBOP Registration Payment 2017
  • Use the drop down to select your registration date (This is determined by the timestamp on your registration)
  • Fill in all other required information boxes
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • You will be connected to the
  • Douglas County School District RevTrak Page to pay with Credit Card
Advanced EBOP Schedule:
class is held at Highlands Ranch High School in Performing Arts Hallway
class begins the week of September 5th (Monday is Labor Day, No Class)
Band - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:15am to 8:10am
Orchestra - Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 7:15am to 8:10am

Beginning EBOP Schedule:
class begins the week of September 11th
(we worked closely with the schools to make sure students are able to participate in choir if they chose)

WELCOME BACK!

Welcome back to EBOP!

We have been working very hard on the logistics for this school year.

As many of you know, Beginning EBOP will now be available at the
Elementary school you attend before the regular school day begins!

Advanced EBOP will still meet at Highlands Ranch High School
in the morning and ride the bus to elementary school after class.

All next week, our EBOP staff will be attending an assembly at each of
the seven feeder elementary schools to raise excitement and hand out flyers.

Our Instrument Rental Night will be:
Thursday, August 31, 2017
6:00pm to 7:00pm
at Highlands Ranch High School
in the Lower Gym

If you have not registered yet, please click on the Registration tab.
Right now, the cost will be $325 until August 31st. After the
Instrument Rental Night, the price will increase to $350. (Payments
will be collected beginning on and after the Instrument Rental Night
and the amount due will be determined by the time stamp on your
registration)

We know many of you are inquiring about the schedule. We are in the 
final phase of confirming dates/times/classrooms at each elementary.
We hope to have the schedule within the week and will post it as soon
as it is ready.

Please check back soon for schedule/classroom location/teacher at each
school and information on our new ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM!

We are excited to see the students again and can't wait to hear how they
have progressed over the summer!
